The Minton's ATA Black Belt Leadership Academy curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. Our hybrid approach covers Taekwondo, Judo, Aikido Krav Maga and Combative Self-Defense; this gives you all 4 ranges of fighting and the ability to protect yourself in multiple situations.
It won’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and continue learning, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back for more!

Our Martial Arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students have fun in a enjoyable, safe environment. Come and see a class for yourself - we all have a blast and our instructors do too.
No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in a enjoyable team environment.
